2.73 gears in other Getrag Diffs?

2.73 gears in other Getrag Diffs?
I am in need of a really tall final drive ratio to fit in a Non-Corvette differential. The ideal diff is a G80 posi out of a cadillac CTS or something, but I just can't use the 3.23 ratio in my project.
I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not all the Getrag differentials use the same ring and pinion and if I could swap in a gear set from an auto C5 into a G80 diff?
Ideally, I would use an even taller ratio like a 2.41 out of a later Vette, but I don't think those are remotely similar.
For anyone wondering, I'm making a weekend V8 Miata for when the 450hp Vette is too practical.
