My commute is just shy of 200 miles round trip 3 or 4 days a week. I was driving my FRC for 3 1/2 years for that commute. I parked my Vette to do some upgrades and a clutch and still haven't finished it. I miss driving it daily. Aside from basic maintenance they are pretty solid commuting vehicles.

My thoughts on any tipping, I consider myself a fortunate man to be in my financial situation. No I am not wealthy (what ever that means). I always reflect back to when I was a single mom's son at the age of fifteen working to help out as a waiter. My tips was my wage in 1977-79. So, now I try to pay my good fortune forward to anyone who provides me with good service. Tip the driver, yes, based on the service provided. Most likely he/she has a young family and everything helps. IMHO - Boxcar-7...out!

Like I tell my wife when tipping - "the day $20 makes or brakes me - we'll sale the farm."

This thread is 2 years old...and doesn't have anything to do with tipping.

FWIW, I don't disagree with what you're saying, but I don't think you meant to say it here.

@MWWarlord You are correct, I thought I was posting somewhere else and must have scowled to far. Not related at all. Sorry for the interruption. Moving on.
