Default Springfield High School Baseball Car Show

This was probably the last car show of the year around my area today in Springfield, TN. Only about 40 cars, but it was a great day.
I won the Coach’s Choice Award.

Congrats on the win. Looks like a pretty nice selection with only 40 vehicles there. Thanks for sharing.

Looked like Forgeline RS6 wheels on that Orange 68 Camaro. That Black 62 bubbletop w/409 looked great.

Thanks Mark, I was impressed with the variety and quality of the cars. 20 of the 40 were as nice as I’ve ever seen around here locally.

You know your cars and wheels Clint! That 68 Camaro restomod with the Forglines had the 572 big block, and I don’t know how he shoe horned that thing in there, but it was bad ***!

That bubbletop was beautiful! I don’t know if you could see the red line tires, and the paint was a mile deep!

Congrats on the win! 40 good looking cars. The Chevy pick up looked pretty interesting.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. I go to a lot of shows and cruise-ins, but I usually get so caught up looking at the cars and talking, that I don’t think to get pictures.
The quality of most of these just really struck me as photo worthy.
Sadly the season is over here now, so I’ll have to live vicariously through those in the deep South and West posting pics from their shows until next spring, unless I find one within a reasonable distance I can trailer to until then. I hate winter!

Thank you Ron! Yeah, usually a C5 Vette doesn't do so well at church and school car shows. I had no expectation of winning anything, especially after looking at the quality of so many classics.

The Coach knows what's what. Cangrats. on the win.
Great looking cars and trucks and thanks for posting.

It looks like Cunningham is not too far from Bowling Green. Do get over that way to check out the plant and museum?
I keep thinking I'll get over there and check things out one day.

Thank you Vince, I really had a great time, winning an award was just a bonus!

I'm about an hour and forty five minutes from the NCM and Plant in Bowling Green. I attended a car show at the Museum back earlier in the spring. There is usually another one at the plant in the fall, but they must have cancelled it due to the GM strike.

This coming Thursday (Nov. 7th) I was planning on going to Vets 'n Vettes to spend the day with Veterans and ride them around the NCM Motorsports Park track in my car, but the weather forecast isn't looking favorable. Hopefully it will change between now and then. It is a really fun event!

Nice job and congrats on your win! A show doesn't have to be huge to be enjoyable. Looks like a nice day. Best wishes and thanks for posting!
