Cant find sun visor clip screw

Cant find sun visor clip screw
ARRGGGG!!!!
Replacing the sunvisor clips, aka they were never on the car, and cant find the screws anywhere. I read on here they are 7mm hex head - but that doesn't exist in my local hardware stores.
I went to 3 local chevy dealers, and 1 of them had the screw. Paid $7 for 1 fricken screw, and the washer is too big ( and wont come off ) so it wont go into the clip.
I feel stupid and frustrated ha! Can anyone tell me the actual part number?
