The story has been mentioned several times, here at CF. All I can say is, "Thank God, those cars aren't going to just sit and deteriorate any longer"!!
I remember when that MTV promotion was first announced......my future wife and I were on vacation in Myrtle Beach, saw the announcement while we having lunch and watching the TV. Whatever the entry requirements were, we got right on it. At that point, I was still a future Corvette owner, but she was the current owner of her second.
