Do any of you know where this plug-in code reader can be purchased? This would come in handy when looking to buy a C5...the device is shown at the 2:40 mark...
You can get a simple OBDII code reader pretty cmuh anywhere nowadays for about $10-30.
You can get a bluetooth OBDII unit, similar to the one in the video, on Amazon or eBay for about $10-20 and you'll just need to download the "Torque" app (or a similar app) for a few bucks.
Or if you just want general code pulling, you don't need any of this. You can access any codes through the digital display in your instrument cluster.
Your DIC has it's own code reader !!...and remember just because a code says O2 sensor doesn't always mean the O2 sensor is bad.....you can have fuel trim issues that can set an O2 DTC...the best code reader is the one between your ears !!
