technically they are illegal in both states. The law states the tail lamp will emit a red color, blue dots alter the light from red to purple. Most law enforcement are too busy to give a crap but troopers may use it for a reason to stop. They look cool on old cars but on a C5 it would look gimmicky and ricey.

Definitely looks best on classic Chevys and C1 Corvettes, nothing newer.

As a long time hot rodder I agree. They don't belong on Corvettes, even early C1's or C2's. I've run them on hot rods before and never got hassled by LE but I think on a Corvette LE tends to look at them like any other car so you may be asking to get pulled over.

I think if you run those on a Corvette it will only evoke a hard-on for your car from local law enforcement. You just might get....f.... d but in a bad way..

Really don’t remember seeing those blu dot lights ever but do know I wouldn’t think they look good on a newer Vette.

They make your tail/brake lights look purple when turned on. Just a cool thing with no other practical purpose.
