I just hopefully repaired mine. The contact surfaces on the rubber membrane were worn. I used CaiKote 44 from Caig Labs. Works great but only time will tell.
Can anyone tell me when the 97 key fob is much more expensive than 99-04. Anyone have one for sale ???

I have one from my '98. I changed my receiver from a '98 to a 2003 and bought new key fobs ( 2 for $10.00 on Ebay) and tire sensors to match 2003... The 1998 key fob has been sitting in a drawer for two years now. You can have it for free... Send me your address and I'll get it off to you... BC
