I installed my 4eyeC5 kit, the healight covers are the same height but the light assembly on either side is different by almost 0.25-0.5 inches. Can the vertical adjustment fix this?

Any good tutorials for aiming C5 headlights?
it's all adjustable...the headlight cover in relation to the lights, and the height of the assembly by adjusting the stops. I am betting you need to measure the heights of the projectors themselves and adjust your stops.
what is the cost of this by the time you upgrade the headlights to LED etc ?
This partially depends on how savvy you are at finding low prices.
I went LED low beam, and all-in was $382. Ultimately I decided to sell the kit, unfortunately.

Dang, why'd you sell it?? All I have left for my kit is bulbs because I was balking at spending $40+/pair for cheap chinese LED bulbs lol.

Well, I already had ACA headlights retrofitted with Morimoto Mini H1 7.0 projects with HID... so light output won't get much better. I really like the low-rise look but I was in the midst of my trans/diff/torque tube rebuild job with clutch and all that, and the 4eyeC5 kit was just sitting around (and would be for another few months still). It deserved better than that so I found it a new home.
I hear you man, if I swapped projectors in my ACA's I'd probably be much happier too. Sounds like a legit setup. Swapping decent ballasts in made a world of a difference on mine, but I'm eager to try my 4eyes. Just really still skeptical on cheap LED bulbs being up to par with HIDs at this point still. Guess we'll find out soon enough!
Anybody know IF there’s any activity from the supplier? I’ve tried to place an order and left 2 pm’s on their FB site and no activity at all
The owner and i have bs'd for a while. I know they had some family issues pop up and that's why he sold the vette.
Also, Covid may be an issue. He works for a company that produces kitchen equipment and he rents machine time in the evenings from them. If they're shut down then he's probably shut down until this is over.

Interesting. Definitely explains the start/stop/start methodology between his productions runs then.
Thanks for the info. I will check back occasionally to see how things are working out.
Times are exceedingly tough and my heart goes out to any who are stressed by overwhelming situations. I wish for this person (and all of us ) to get thru this and know we are not alone. Ask for help. You may be moved to know who will help and how
Good Luck
