Default Will these tires work?

Need new tires asap, this is a daily driver, but I don't race it at all. My nitto invo's had a good life, I actually got a little over 35k miles out of them. The tread life is probably 1/32-2/32 remaining on all four tires. If I do a penny test the tread won't even reach the bottom of the chin. Given what is currently happening to all of us right now in the us I need to find budget friendly tires asap. To be able to get back and forth to work every single day.

So my question is will these tires fit?

Federal SS-595 All-Season Radial Tire - 275/40R17 98V $71.58 per tire

I don't really speed much at all, so I don't need ultra high performance tires.

I just need a budget friendly set of four tires.. They don't have to be new at all either. Just some tires that will fit my 2001 z06 with a decent amount of tread. My nitto invo's lasted a little over 35k miles.
I drive this car 20 miles to work and 20 miles back home everyday. Thats it. I got the car at 50K and 7 years later I just passed 85K on the mileage.

Its my baby so I treat it really well. It still runs good and drives good, but it needs new tires asap. I'm basically on slicks. (see pics)

I called my local shop and they quoted me a good value, but I don't think they realized how much I needed the new tires asap. There is like 1/32 or 2/32 left and thats it.
This is a daily driver for work.

What are you going to run on the rears? I'm assuming you have 18's in the rear like the factory setup and not 17's on all four corners?

The 595 is actually a decent "cheap" UHP tire.
Ive found over the years that this site's tire reviews are usually pretty close to reality...

tires are the last thing between your butt and the road. This car is a daily driver, probably should invest in a good set of tires

There's nothing wrong with federals. I've known tons of people to daily on them, autocross, drift and track them. Main complaints (that should be expected given the price and good grip) are usually: very loud on the highway and very quick to get greasy on the track.

I ordered a set of General tire GMAX‘s RS’s which have good traction.

They were $131 each for 275 40 17 and $184 each for 275 40 18. Not bad for a full set.

getting them installed tomorrow.
