Any recommendations as to what LED light you guys used to replace the stock 3rd brake light?

OEM is an LED already. Just polish it a bit to get it looking right.

There are a few on ebay, but performance wise, they are on par with OEM. The only reason to change would be aesthetic. A coupe of styles use the same LEDs as the halo tail lights so if you're shooting to match those, it would be a good reason, but otherwise i would leave it OEM.

I use the top one
This design is much closer to LED Halo tails than stock is.

I like the stock lens. Looks great when polished and good contrast with a black car

Any car rubbing compound, I used meguiars on all my red lens.
If you have a DA machine then use that too but hand polish works fine. just do at least 3 passes.
