Moderators, I put this in the C6 General as well - since this applies to both generations equally - and many newbies lurk in both forums when researching for their new Corvette. Hopefully this is O.K.
Gents, As I think this forum knows by now, I love all generations of the Corvette and put together this analysis to help those that are on the fence about which version to purchase.
This is an OBJECTIVE review of NON-Z06 Models, based on numbers and facts. Watch till the end for the conclusion.
Pretty good but I would have liked to see you talk about some of the known bugs in each car. I'm not a C6 owner so don't know what common issues they have but we are all pretty familiar with C5 issues.
A couple of the numbers in this video seemed a bit "soft" for the C5...most of the 0-60 times I've seen for the C5 have been closer to the mid 4s, and 1/4 mile times in the high 12s are not uncommon. I've also seen skid pad numbers of over 1.0 G...

I agree but the concern is if a video gets much over 4-5 minutes many people will determine it is too long and not watch it. I have put together a C5 buyers guide that goes through the common issues and you can find it on my channel and it has also previously been posted here on CF.

I have a C5 so I am biased.....LOL...Anyhow, I was amazed at the variety of numbers I found from past road tests, magazine articles etc. I had to throw out the odd ***** and do a little averaging.
Since the C6 is almost a decade newer, part of me wonders if the tire technology improved enough that gave the C6 the sight edge in slalom and skid pad.... Stopping is very close but that LS3, there is no way around it, it is a gem. Not that the LS1 isn't.
