$14,500 tops. They seem to really be harping on the mileage as a big selling point but you still need to pull codes and have the vehicle checked over really good. $14,500 tops. And think about it, you could get a Z06 or a C6 for that money.
same price i paid for my z06, with less miles. IMO the price is too high ......use NADA guides to find the right car. If I were you (in trying times for people) i would find a private party purchase to save you MAJOR money ....
See if the dealer will give you the previous owners contact info so you can contact him or her to get the history of the car, most want for privacy reasons but ask. Have dealer turn maint. history of the car with vin#. Pull the codes on the dic. lot of info on how to do that. Good luck with it. I just bought an 03 Z06 in Feb. and like other said it is a gamble, check it out best you can and if it feels right get it and enjoy, its just a car if it breaks have it fixed and move on.
In what part of the country is the dealer going to give a potential buyer personal info from the previous owner of the car? That's one of the worst things a dealer can do. He doesn't want the old owner talking to the new potential owner during a deal!. The salesman would be cutting his own throat.

I always ask. Once in a while they will give it to you.. As a buyer - never hurts to ask...
