I've always called them speed clips. Either way, it's a pretty ubiquitous part. Bring the screw for easier matching.

Checked autozone and advanced auto and no luck. I am trying to get them online but it's hard to know which one will fit the 7mm screw

Did you check those hardware carousels? That's where they usually put them.

it is a TYPE 4 the cable loom clip that holds the MAF cable to the radiator shroud I think thats what they call it. I found them on ebay

NAPA has these big volume books with pages that have all shapes and sizes of clips and fasteners--exact physical samples so you can bring what you are looking for and match up what you need.
