C5 instrument dash panels not working
I have an 2001 C5 convertible and none of the dash buttons work. I have no heads up display, the trunk won't open and the test buttons on the right don't work as well. While driving I even lost the speedometer to zero and then came back on. The lights and windshields wipers work as well as the radio and the heater ac controls. The tachometer works as well. Someone told me if I change out the overhead display panel that they are wired in series and the rest will work. I would think they would have wired in a parallel circuit as doubt it was wired like Christmas lights. Any idea?
