Default Blue c5s

how many different color blues did they use on the c 5s. I saw one yesterday that was close to the color of my car but a bit darker

Check out this site:

https://paintref.com/corvette/blue_corvette.shtml

Years 1997-2004. I don't know that it's an official site in any way, but it does seem to be correct for these years.

Navy Blue Metallic, I wish it would make a return, looks black, it looks purple, it looks blue depending on the light and angle.

Why do you have a duplicate post of the same subject.

I don't know all the blues they had, but from 98-2001 they had a very dark blue, Navy Blue (my color). 02-04 had a slightly lighter blue, called LeMans blue. Yours appears lighter than that. What's it called?

Personally I think Navy blue metallic looks better....but I am biased...

Sweet topless front view...

note that digital colors rendering on computer, tablet and phone display are usually quite inexact...

I may be biased but agreed. Navy blue has a lot of different colors depending on light. I can't believe how many compliments I still get on this 19 year old car, and it's because of that color.

My first C5 was a 2000 Navy Blue Metallic coupe with Oak interior. I had that car for 11 years and never tired of it.

My Navy blue coupe has the Oak interior and a 6 speed, a pretty rare combination apparently. When I'm not chasing power steering leaks it is still a wonderful car that never fails to give pleasure and excitement wherever I drive it. I'd post a picture if I knew how.

also consider it might not've been a GM color.

Punz, kinda cool when I'm finished with a good cleaning day and it looks almost Royal purple. By the time I grab my phone for a picture, it's back to navy blue...lol
