Just purchased one yesterday and got a quick question. How are you guys jacking the car up? If i insert my jacking pucks under the car both sized rubber blocks that came with the quick jack are still to tall.

I assume your car is lowered? My C5 Z06 is lowered on stock bolts and with my jacking pucks in, the smaller rubber blocks just barely squeeze in. I have made some wood blocks to drive up on (2x6) to get some additional lift to get the blocks lined up.
I use aluminum bolted on pucks that are left on the car full time. They are a half inch thick. I have to use the thin rubber blocks provided by QJ. I am also lowered almost all the way down.
I could see if you were using the common actual hockey pucks they might be too tall for a lowered car.
The car is stock height (to my knowledge) on 18's all the way around, the medium blocks that came with the kit are too tall and doesn't give me clearance. I went over to quick jacks website and see that they have 1.5" rubber blocks for lowered vehicles. I went ahead and bit the bullet and just ordered them since I have multiple vehicles, and a few buddies that will come over on occasion and we will work on their cars too.
I just looked at my Quickjack and the pocket that the rubber sits in is about 3/4" deep. You can see how thick your pucks are and see if they will be tall enough without the rubber blocks.
If that don't work try cutting a 1"x4" piece of lumber to fit the pocket.
I made a four wood blocks to put in the pocket when I lift my wife's car.
Good luck!
My quick jacks came from the factory with 8 blocks. 4 thick and 4 thin. Mine were factory direct though, and before they were offered in Costcos.
My QJ came from Costcos with what I suspect are the same 8 blocks as yours, but the 4 "thin" are actually medium compared to the 1.5" blocks the OP referenced having just ordered.
. There's just a tiny amount of clearance between the smaller included rubber blocks and jacking pucks.
Tire sidewall height and inflation amount will have an impact on body ride height as well. F & R my tires are 10mm less wide than stock tires so my car may sit a hair lower than a car on stock size tires.
i use the jacking pucks, and insert a 2x6 cut to size in the wells on the quick jack, and brings it up level
with the box frame on jack and bobs your uncle.
This is good stuff and timely. QJ is on sale at Costco $200 off. I just order mine. Can't wait to get it. Wife might be like what the heck but oh well.
Holy crap, didn't realize QJ was on sale. I just looked a week ago and they were normal price. I was hoping they'd go down to 799 like they did a year ago, but I'm thinking I may have to jump on this 999 out of fear of holding out for a sale that won't happen again

I love mine! I also bought the wall hooks they have to store them away nicely! I'd say get one if you want one!!
An update for anyone curious. The new blocks did the trick. Here are a couple of pictures. The first one showing the new block in the quick jack and my lifting puck. As you can see the new lifting block is just barely over the edge of the quick jack.
