That's a good price if you can verify what it is by part number and insure that nothing is broken on it. It's not uncommon for these plastic manifolds to get damaged. Broken clips and or broken vacuum ports. It's fixable but still not worth paying that much for it if that were the case.

I just sold a mint condition one for 320 about a month ago with no TB to give you reference.

Looks like fuel rails as well as throttle body. Should be marked 12573572 on the left side flange area. $300 is a competitive price -- and it's also fully a third of a FAST 92 or 102.

With what is shown, seems good. Added one last year with a ported BBK. Not a bad upgrade for not much cash. Easy enough install but watch that back vac port and install the extension w/elbow as mentioned in videos. Bridged the coolant ports front and rear. Great time time dispense with the throttle body line which will tie right back in to the radiator.

Not too bad of a price for those parts.

Fantastic price with fuel rails and TB. I sold mine for $400 shipped in the same condition about 3 months ago - and shipping from FL to NY was only about $30.

Like everyone else said, make sure the MAP sensor tabs aren't broken or the booster vacuum port, verify the part number, and send it.
