My 2000 has a on again off again vibration. Its an automatic. Comes on around 60 mph. Put in neutral and coast at that speed and it still does it. Wouldn't that rule out the torque tube!!!!!!!! Tires are good but getting old. New harmonic balancer. 90000 mi on car. Brakes vibrate a little when braking hard. Don't know where to start. Looking for suggestions. Rich
Nam, It seems obvious, but I'll say it anyway: tires! They can change in a heartbeat and in my experience, don't always behave the same every time you drive it, especially when they start getting long in the tooth. Belts shift; eccentricities form. Plus, it's relatively cheap and it sounds as if you need 'em looked any anyway. Bring to a reputable tire shop and have 'em put all 4 on the balance machine and see how they look and what happens. Good luck!

Thanks for the quick reply. That will be my first step. Had them balance couple years ago. No problem around town, just highway speed. It keeps getting worse which is not bad. Anyone riding with me does not feel it. The tires really look, plenty of tread and no dry rot. Will give it a try. Thanks
