If you're referring to the electronic brake control module or ebcm all you can get is used. It's been obsolete for awhile now. 2001-2004 units are repairable depending on what's wrong with it.
Pretty sure these are still available new for the 01-04 cars. GM Part number 10343432 I believe. *Edit*. This is apparently just the pump that's still available. Sorry for the bad info.

If you find that the EBCM is not repairable, by a vendor such as ABS Fixer, then post up a WTB thread in the C5 Parts for Sale section and see what might be available. Or check with forum used parts vendors such as VetteNuts or aescorvetteparts and see what they may have.
as popular as these units are, I'm surprised someone doesn't make an after market replacement
Registered designs, extant patents, programming and the investment needed. Plus the EBCM controls AH as well - imagine the liability claims if it did not work exactly like the factory GM/Bosch units.
I don't expect us ever to see 3rd party replacements for any of this electronic stuff.
