Need to replace Kumho run flats
I am trying to replace my front tires that are Kumho Ecsta run flats mx XPR 245/45 R 17
95Y. I can’t find any new ones. Guess they don’t make them anymore. Any suggestions on what would be some good replacements to match my rear tires which are also Kumho run flats

go drag racing burn the rear run flats off and go with almost any non run flats-----love the difference between my old Michelin run flats and the new pilot sports whole different car. If you want cheaper have heard the Firestone Indy 500 is a good tire for the money may try them for my spare set.

According to tire rack, you have 81 choices in that size 
But, since you have run-flats on the rears I'd probably stick with run-flats on the front. You have 8 choices there. Personally, I love Michelin tires as they have always been a great tire for me.

You're kind of in a bind, as to being able to match your current tires. If I remember correctly, Kumho only made those tires for 2-3 years, consequently they have been discontinued for a LONG time. If I were you, I'd look at the date codes on your rear tires, too, as they might be "aged out".........

Do you want to stick with runflats? If not, consider the Hankook Ventura V12 EVOs.
