ask parts retailer or look in your manual if you have one
I am a parts retailer. Nobody at the store knows. The parts list doesn't specify. It just gives the item number for each type. I'll go check my owner's manual.
The manual was no help at all. It said if you need a new cap, be sure to get the right type. Your dealer can get one for you.

I had a few minutes (between tasks) so I checked "Google"....google can't answer simple questions...sorry, I have to go back to work. Ed
For environmental reasons all gas caps from 1972 and up are non-vented. The C5 has a fuel evap system and a fuel tank vent hose to manage in tank fuel fumes and to allow air into the tank.
