About a year ago I had to replace the blend door on the drivers side . Two weeks ago I had reason to disconnect the battery. The next time I drove it the AC would blow cold on the passenger side and hot on the driver side . Tried all the fixes , none worked . Today I pulled the actuator and opened it up . Everything looked fine . I plugged it in and when I cycled the AC I could see the actuator twitch but did not turn the gears . I went ahead and installed a new one still doesn't work . Tried all the fixes on this , same thing . Pulled that one and manually moved the door to AC . Could it be the control module ? It is dual zone , the driver side temp **** turn but has no stop . The passenger side **** has a stop at full cold and full hot .

This is normal.
I wish I had more info on your problem as I too have the cold air on passenger side and hot on the passenger side. My problem is intermittent though.
I have the intermittent problem on my 04 Silverado SS. This is the first I've heard about it in the Vette though.
For the truck, I turn off the A/C, then the engine. I open and close the door (turns off retained accessory power), then restart the truck and A/C and it operates normally until the next error. I've heard of some folks just removing the motor or the blend door in the trucks.
