Finally made the appointment at Cartek for a full Dyno Tune. Any experiences either pro or con?

I can't believe my fellow performance guru's have no comments! As listed in my signature with all the mods I've done I feel the dyno tune may improve mid-range and top end performance? Any experiences at Cartek to share?
