Default Auto **** to std with adapter

just changedknobs from auto to std but the shifter is now very high.... any ideas?

Did you get the clip back in? Do you have pictures?


mine sits pretty much same height as OEM

So, you just changed *****, but it's still auto? I believe you can shorten the shifter stalk with a metal tubing cutter. I remember seeing some article or two on how to do this mod in this forum. You'll have to search for it.

Yes, still auto. The OEM has the button in the middle you push down, the new **** fits on so it mounts to that "push button" so all you do is push down on the entire ****. Works very well, I've had mine for 10 years now.
