If its just discolored and not damaged, spray it down with Aerospace 303 Protectorant and just let is soak in without wiping it off. Mine looks like new now.

That was my plan but the rubber strip at the top is coming off, looks like it shrunk and pulled away.
Mine was in the same condition. I don't think there is a replacement. The fix for that is some flexible door edge guard molding. $8 for a roll at Auto Zone. If you look closely at my picture, you can see it just below the wiper blade. Just cut it to length and press it on. I think you will be satisfied with the results in doing those two things. Here's an overall picture.

Unless I am much mistaken, there are a number of us that have been looking for a viable, non-$200+ solution. Might I suggest you start a separate thread to share this with others? Now I have to go see if I still have some of this in the garage.

That looks like it might be worth a try. I think I’ll yank the whole thing off and see what I can doo with it.
I took the grill off, it came off easy. Used a battery terminal puller on the wiper arms. If I can find that trim DEFCON5 used I’ll go with that,it looks good. Did it snap or did you glue or tape it? The original rubber has some tape on the back.
I got the black edge guard molding at Auto Zone. It just pushes onto the lip. No tape. I believe this is what I bought in an 8' roll. I can make a separate thread if it helps.
I was able to put the original rubber strip back on after removing the tape from half the back of it. It snapped on and I put some glue under the back side in that area. I cleaned it all up and rubbed it down with silicone grease then let it sit in the sun awhile before wiping it off. It looks like new now, have to see how long it stays like that. I only spent a couple of hours and no money and that included repainting the wiper arms in satin black. I’ll go with that door trim if it doesn't hold up.
