I'm wanting to swap my OEM C5 shifter for the C6 and noticed this one for sale at what seems to be a insanely good price. Is this all that I would need to complete the swap or is this only part of it? Just wanting to know before I buy. Thanks.

Well you'll need a shifter ball and a C6 into a C5 boot.I got the boot on ebay from some company in England.
I found this https://www.gscreations.com/c5-corve...er-shift-boot/
But double check with them that it has the C6 hole.
The C6 sifter needs a bigger boot hole.
Before I got the new boot I cut the C5 boot down an inch and used a black zip tie to hold it.
I faced the cut to the front where you don't see it.

Okay cool. I knew I would need a boot and a ball. I just wanted to make sure that was all I needed in terms of the shifter itself because it was about $100 cheaper than others I have seen. Thanks.
Thanks for the heads up. On a completely unrelated topic, I'm now on the search for a C6 shifter ****
The stock C6 shifter **** looks really good. I had a C6 setup for a while, but did not like the fact that the **** ends up further back than the regular C5 set up. Something to do with not being 6' tall I guess. Anyway I found my ideal to be a rebuilt C5 unit, with the lever shortened, threaded down to the isolator and with an aftermarket screw on ****. Shorter throws, and in the right place for me. And cheap!
BTW, did you buy that Ebay box? When I looked it was showing "sold".

I didn't modify anything on the car to do this. It doesn't fit the hole 100%, but it's very very close. My C5 plastic boot trim ring was broken, so I couldn't reuse it for the C6 boot, but it fit pretty perfect as is, despite the fact the C6 is longer and narrower than the C5.
I bought mine new from GM and the difference in the shift quality is impressive. I attribute a lot of it to the new bushings in the lower shifter box.
I'm still on the hunt for a 2009-2013 stock shift boot to match with my 60th Anniversary Edition spare ****. I cannot find one to save my life and cannot find the stupid part number for the stock boot either on GM's site because it's impossible to navigate, but that's a story for another day.
