Anyone have a source for thin spoke chrome centercaps?
I seem to find some aftermarket but they are 30-35 ea. shipped and don't seem to be secured to the rims as well as they should be (Have lost 3 in the past few years already). I looked on ebay as well as amazon. I was tempted to go w/ the flat chrome and put a decal on but that'd put me at the same price as 4 decals are $25 or so alone.

You can snug them up with some duck tape on the tabs on the back side of the center cap. Not everyone but on a few.

When I had my C5, I bought some chrome center caps from West Coast Corvette. Fit was very good and I do not recall them being as high as you have found.
You should really check out the other thread. I am very happy with the new ones I got. They look great, and actually fit slightly better than the original OEM caps that they replaced. They are super secure and come in 4 pack for about $100.00.

Sorry guys I was not notified of these replies. MWWarlord, I think those may be perfect.. Turns out my distance vision is worse than I thought as I still had the cap on it was just reflecting oddly making me think it wasn't there. Either way I think I may buy those caps you have. They matched the thin spoke contours properly and didn't sit in recessed or proud?
Hey guys, got those recommended on ebay and they were a slight bit oversized for my thinspokes for some reason and would not sit flush on all 5 flat surfaces due to that. I ended up finding the exact PN of the caps i have for $79 if anyone is interested. Here you can see what I ran into, they were about 1mm too long on two sides, it looks like they put some reflective cover over the cap and I wonder if it was just not shaped right as it doesn't seem to follow the contour of the spokes vertical radius perfectly either in that spot.
