Mine did the same thing, I took mine out and took the cover off. There was a disc jammed inside. Pulled out the disc and it works fine. If I remember correctly it was a 45 minute job.

I never had a CD not come out of my corvette but last weekend my 03 Silverado would not eject the CD. Easy fix. I took a shim that you use to shim doors or windows and wrapped the end with double faced tape. Start at the thin end and wrap it around the long way. Cut off and excess on the sides. Put the thin end in the CD changer and push down. It will grab the CD and come right out. You don't have to push down very hard. It took me longer to make the tool than to get it out.
