Boy, it's been so long since I switched over to all LEDs in my 02's interior that I can't remember where I got them from. Though I can tell you this, they are dimmable.
I put LEDs in my DIC and in the doors. I bought 12 volt LEDs and put them into the stock light bases after removing the incandescent lights from them. I didn't need resistors to make them work, and they dim with the rest of the lights.
Here's a pic: On the left is the incandescent bulb with a blue cover that comes stock in the window switch; In the middle are the parts I used to convert, on the right is the finished LED bulb.
Some vendors sell the bulbs ready to drop in. I like to tinker, so I made them myself.
