Default Couple Questions..

Hey so I just bought a 2002 Corvette and a couple of things... the ECBM seems to need to be rebuilt(Not spending 1k for a new one) any good places that can do that?
Also, my turn signals work SOMETIMES and I'm not sure what the problem there is. Anything helps!
(also anyone knows the bolt patterns or the rim size I'm looking for some beater rims)

ABSFixer.com can do the 2001+ EBCMs.

http://www.absfixer.com/catalog/prod...products_id/31

Bolt pattern is 5x4.75 or 5x120 or 5x120.7 if you want to be super technical about it.

Turn signals intermittent? Likely the hazard switch.

Hi Chris,

Maybe a good place to start wrenching on your own is working on the ECBM yourself if you want to save some $ as you said you would like to put $ towards engine upgrades after wheels. Lots of vids for the repair.

You can get stock wheels fairly cheap at many different places. What's your budget and are they just for the short term?

Using 120mm PCD wheels on a 4.75" PCD hub causes unnecessary bending loads on the studs as the nuts are tightened. Not something to encourage.

Look up ASAP SPEEDO. They are in Arizona. Fixed my ebcm years ago. Good price. Fast turn around and lifetime guarantee.

Heard this debate a million times but no one can ever show an example of it actually being a problem.

I used to design suspension systems for a living. Had I suggested doing this, my boss would have called me more names than I can think of.

But, it's free country, anyone can decide to overload their studs if they want.

If you insist. Not going to derail his thread any more.

check FB marketplace for C5 wheels. You can find a set for $400. eBay and some online vendors have them for about that price. That’s probably as cheap as you’ll find
