Hey everyone. I have changed out every exterior light on my corvette except for the front side marker lights. I'm pretty sure I want to go with the ones from sharp light innovations. However, they have several options, and I'm not really sure which ones to go with. I'm pretty sure I want to get the switchback LEDs. However, I'm not sure when the colors change. Ideally, I'd like everything to be amber when they are functioning as DTRL or as a turn signal, but be white whenever the headlights or fog light are on (I'm assuming that I would not want the white DRL harness?). Is this how the switchbacks work? If not, what colors are they and when? There are also 4 different housings to choose from. Anyone who has these, can you please post pictures or (even better) videos of them. Thanks in advance!
I don't have the led strip.
These are switchback bulbs, an amber light is on all the time until I turn on lights, then it's white light.
There is a youtube vid on this somewhere, not mine.
Have you tried call George at Sharp Light Innovations? His number is (832) 431-4500
George does have great customer service. You're right that he can likely answer my questions about the switchbacks. However, I would still like to see pics and videos for the different options. Especially what the different housings look like when actually installed.
