Hello here is an issue I'm having. I have a 2000 C5 with a Nick Williams 102mm (about 4.25") throttle body. I can't seem to find a coupler anywhere that will connect it to the stock airbridge. I would consider a Vararam airbridge but not sure that will solve my problem b/c don't know the dimensions of the Vararam and can't seem to get anyone to email me back any info on it. Any suggestions???
FWIW, I have a 90mm LS2 TB mated to a vararam airbridge and it I did not need a reducer in the silicone coupler, and your NW TB should be the same scenario.
What intake manifold are you using a NW 102TB on? If it's a FAST 102 then it would be suggested to dump the stock LS1 air bridge anyways to something bigger.
I have a ported Dorman LS2 intake, ported LS2 TB and a stock LS3 air bridge/card MAF. Stock LS3 air bridge and card MAF made more power than a LS1/6 Halltech and stock LS6 MAF.
