Those look like Specter Werkes; I think they went out of business a few years ago.

Yeah, those are definitely from Specter Werkes.

When I bought my C5 the guy had installed froggy eyes..... he had the factory set up in the box to go along with the car. I couldn't have changed it faster... why change the look of the factory pop ups? It was the last year of that... leave the pop ups!!!!!!!

I personally really dislike popups. Ihate how they look when they're up, there's more on them to break, and they perform poorly. I dislike frog eyes even more, so I dropped a painful amount of money on the flush SLC light cannons.

That's a cool looking set-up. Since I retired, I hardly drive my C-5 when I need the headlights, anymore, so I'll tolerate the OE lights. I do agree, however, that they look a little funky, when up, but in reality, ALL "pop-ups" suffer from that issue.

Agreed. I dislike popups on all cars. Just personal preference. I drive my car all year round unless it's just bitterly cold or the slightest chance of snow. Once the time changes for winter, I use my headlights on my way home from work every day, so it's important to me that they work well and look nice. That cost though...my eyelid still twitches a bit when I remember I dropped over a grand on them. Don't tell the wife.

When I was still working full-time, I started at 6AM, and usually worked until 2:30PM, unless we worked some OT. For me, even on EST, sometimes I needed the headlights in the morning, and once it changed to daylight savings time, I for sure, needed the headlights. So yeah, I just gritted my teeth, and lived with the lights popped up. I had some practice, however, as before the C-5, I had a 1985 Firebird for about 10 years, and that, too, had the pop-ups, but they were a smaller headlight, so they weren't as obtrusive.
