Welcome to the Forum. I am 99% certain that color combination was a special order override when placing the order with the factory. Corvette Black Book shows the interior colors available for Electron Blue as Black, Light Oak and Light Gray. There were 967 Electron Blue Coupes made in 2003. Call the National Corvette Museum and they can help find out how many were made with your specific options. Very cool find.
When I was searching for my C5 early last year, a local dealer had an Electron Blue convertible that had the torch red interior and a white top. I really love EB but just wasn't a fan of that combo. It had low miles and was very clean but of course they were asking a premium for it - $23-25k if I remember. Needless to say due to that price and color combo it was for sale for a while.....

That is a great color combo - love the TR interior. The EB ‘03 I owned came with a gray interior and while it looked very good, that TR interior just pops.
If that is a factory color combo it certainly is a never before seen new one for me! Really different and eye catching! I like it!!!!!
Yes seems was special ordered from factory by original owners.
I know Electron Blue was never offered with torch red interior.

the website with all the codes isnt quite right I dont think because the 2003 brochure shows Mod Red for the Z06(black and red) AND torch red(the picture in the brochure looks like your like your interior) for the rest, but the other website only lists Red/Black as the available. My guess is they(that other website) just combined the two on the production chart.
Anyway, that other website shows that red was available with electron blue and that 231 coupes total were produced with red... 2% of production. Your car being EBM was 967 or 8% production. So unless you contact the museum you might be able to interpolate than only 2% of 967 EBM cars had red interior. Thats like 20 cars... But the museum I believe can break it down best. Also Z51 was only on 1423 cars or 11% of total production, so fairly low also.
Regardless its a great looking car and I would guess fairly rare in that combo.

So my interpolated guess of less than 20 cars wasnt TO far off... I only missed it by 15 cars out of 12,812 produced... Probably better than the political polsters recently LOL...

A friend of mine Ordered one here in the triad of NC..............don't know what happened to it . It was the first one I'd ever seen. The picture here is the second one I've heard about . Now there are 4 in existence Wow . I sort of wish GM would go back the way they use to. A customer being able to order a corvette to suit their taste.
There is a 60 or 61 here , where the interior is blue and exterior paint is black with white coves.
