Just bought an 02 C5 and the blinkers worked fine. One bulb went out and it stated to flash quickly on that side. Replace both up front bulbs with LED and now both blinkers flash quickly. Should I change out ALL bulbs to LED then?

The conventional flasher thinks it has a burned out bulb so it blinks fast. LEDs don't have the electrical load that an incandescent bulb does. Buy a hyperflash harness as stated above. It uses an LED friendly flasher.
Not too difficult. You will need to remove the panel on the right side of the steering wheel, but the unit is small and plug and play as I remember. Better solution than going back to bulbs.
Hey ED U could be right, thought I read somewhere on here where you could install hyperflash without pulling the flasher hazard out. Did that on my old 01 and what a pain. Hope U R well
I have the LED bulbs up front and used to have the black cherry LED halo's in back. I had installed the hyperflash harness after experiencing hyperflash. Last year my brake lights stopped working, I
took the car to a local Chevy dealer that specializes in Corvettes. They had a hard time with it until I told them about the hyperflash harness, they removed it and my brake lights started working again. I guess that they don't last forever.
Another remedy for hyperflash is to just splice in light sockets with regular bulbs in the back and hide them. That will increase the resistance and eliminate the hyperflash. Also inexpensive.
