Pretty sure that what you pictured isn't a decal. I think it was tooled or embroidered into the leather. I'm not sure that you're going to achieve the effect that you're looking for with a decal. I would also worry about the decal not staying in place very well if placed on a seat. If you do decide that you want a domed decal, they are available for much cheaper than what RPI sells them for. PFYC (which strangely is part of the same company) has them for much less. You will likely have a very long wait to get them either way. My advice would be to check with a local upholstery or embroidery shop to see how much they would charge to embroider the logos on the seats.
