Default Help me identify these cut wires

I was trying to install a Bluetooth adapter to the CD changer. The original CD changer is long gone, but I wasn’t getting signal from the Bluetooth adapter and I found these cut wires under the passenger footwell to the right of the fuse box.

Are these wires (circled in yellow) connected to the disc changer?

Does anyone know where the harness from the CD changer connects to the head unit? I'm told it may be under the passenger seat?

I appreciate the input. I may be reading the diagram wrong, but FIG 19 doesn't show the individual wires coming from the disc changer.
