The picture shows the two piece splitter in carbon metallic and the 3 piece conversion in matte black. It's a good price too. I've been looking at them.

Maybe i'm missing something. Is the only difference between this item and the oem is the magnets?

Good question. Some alternative non-OEM versions receive less than stellar fit reviews. I could use one and based upon my searching, this new offering is a terrific price point compared to other sources. Especially if it comes already painted in an OEM color.
