Anyone have pics of Cray Eagle wheels in silver on a c5? I can only find a couple on google and I'm not 100% sure I like the way they look yet on a c5.
Thank you guys! Once it finally stops raining I’ll get some photos with the blacked out roof and hoop. Here’s a bad pic I took as soon as it was done. I’ll end up getting the tint redone darker so it all blends in better.
Those wheels were on my very short list when I was looking a few months ago. I almost hit the enter button to purchase a set. Awesome looking wheel but I decided there was just a few to many spokes for me. The silver with polished lip look cool.

I was just browsing Youtube last night for wheel ideas and watched your video when you installed your new wheels. Those SR1 wheels look nice.
Thanks, from what I've been able to gather lately they aren't being made anymore either so that could be a bad thing if I ever damage one. Good luck with your search.

They are a bit of a pain to clean but I’ve become accustomed to it since my GMC has wheels with a similar complexity. I’m probably different than most, I enjoy cleaning my vehicles. Truthfully the C5 has never gotten dirty enough for me to use soap and water. Detail spray and microfibers.
Front Wheel Size: 18x9 Front Offset or Backspace: +50 Rear Wheel Size: 19x10.5 Rear Offset or Backspace: +69 also used 1/4” spacers Front Tire Size: 265/35 Hankook Ventus V12 evo2 Rear Tire Size: 305/30 Hankook Ventus V12 evo2
Are the rear wheels +69 offset or +65? Thought the later was what Cray used on those. Curious about you using the 1/4" spacer. What was that for ... to clear brakes or move the wheel more outboard?
The rears are 69 mm offset. I went with 305s out back and they are a very tight fit with roughly a half inch of clearance on the inside. No issues with brake clearance.

Correct. It’s a +69. I used the spacer because I was getting a slight rub on the back side of the tire on the inner fender wells. Plus it pushed the wheel out a smidge to even it up with the fender a little better
Those wheels work well on Pewter and Nassau Blue. Looks like a lot of work to keep them clean and impossible to clean the barrels without removing each wheel.

That offset is more suited for the rear of a base C6, that's why a spacer is required. Some wheel makers don't want to offer separate C5 and C6 fitments so those offsets are the result.

That was my fear, too, with my first two C5s: Damaging an aftermarket wheel and not being able to replace it. Somehow, i ended up with my two current 2000 C5s having stock 5-spoke wheels, although one set is powder coated black. If I ever purchase aftermarket wheels in the future, I will consider purchasing an extra front wheel and extra rear wheel, assuming they are different sizes/widths.
