I have a 98 c5 pewter hatchback and I need a new top, i had a pewter fibre top and was thinking of changing to a acrylic top.
Could someone that has the acrylic top with Pewter body tell me how it looks. I’m debating also between the blue tint or black acrylic.
leaning toward the blue tint but would like to know or see how it looks. Thanks.

Don’t they have liners if you want to keep the sun out?
They suck. Held in by clips that go between the acrylic and the plastic trim and constantly fall out. I got really tired of being bonked in the head while trying to drive. lol
I had some static cling tint on the inside of mine and that helped a lot, but once I got the AC fully functional, it wasn't needed anyway.
I have a C6 with both the acrylic and painted Crystal Red tops.
I have never had the painted top on.
I will probably get one of the covers that sticks to the inside with suction cups for the occasional really sunny days. The acrylic top is awesome! If makes the cabin feel open like a fighter jet.
