OK, Some More Shiny Shots.......
......purty pixtures.
Had the gang over today to shine another black beauty, a 2000 FRC, manual with 15K mileage. Original owner, doesn't drive it much, duh..... If he was selling it, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
One feller, awaiting his C8, brought his other toy over, repro 427 Cobra.
Had a nice assortment of colors today, great bunch.

Most of the Vettes that come in already have a fairly decent finish, so basically we've been using just the Meguiars or Mothers Clay Kit sprays. Actually any detail spray will work fine to lubricate the clay.
Pretty easy stuff here, most of the guys don't do anything to the finish, so when they bring it in, it's a little hazy. The claying takes the contaminants off and takes the haze off too, just finish it up with another coat of detail spray, wipe off, done. No waxing or other surface treatments applied. Detail the finish once a month or so, it will stay nice.
