Default Pedal Commander on a C5?

I am curious has anyone on the Forum or heard of anyone using the pedal commander on any C5's? I probably won't do it but I am interested in hearing thoughts about one

For the price, send your PCM to Doug at East Coast Supercharging for a basic remote tune. You'll get all the benefit of the Pedal Commander and more, and it would be cheaper.

I actually had plans on doing that in the future after I got some LT headers. I went to ECS for my tune when I had a M6 C5 but now having an A4 I can feel the lag and miss having more control with the gears so I figured a throttle controller may help before I just sell it.

I have searched the forum and found the Cow Booster and MAY go that route, IF i can find reviews.

Why spend the money twice? Sounds like more of an excuse to buy the headers and get the tune done sooner.

When I installed my A&A supercharger, I also got a Stage V transmission from RPM. The new transmission combined with the tune made my transmission MUCH snappier. Might be more than you want to spend (especially since you could do a tranny swap back to an M6 for about the same price).

It tricks the PCM into thinking the throttle blade is open more with less throttle input. You'd get the same effect by flooring it, really.

Pedal commander won’t work on a C5, correct?
only works with throttle by wire cars.
wasnt C6 first gen with TBW?
I had it on my C6 and my Audi S5 and it was phenomenal!!!!
made a massive difference in an auto
I wish it worked in my C5!!
was going to use COW Booster but all the negative feedback convinced me not to.
so visiting my tuner Friday to tighten up the shift points

Never heard of one for a c5.

I have Hptuners though so I got rid of all the delays and torque management, and changed a bunch of other stuff.

Sharp throttle response.

From my understanding a pedal commander/throttle controller gives you more control of the car but it looks like they dont make them for C5's so a tune will have to do it

I have been searching high and low and it looks like they dont make one for the C5 and the Cow Booster seems to be nothing but a tune. I could be wrong tho but its a shame from what i can tell ppl really enjoy them
