Default Interior part removal tips?

Hi folks, I’ve removed the lower B pillar trim and other pieces before, but I did manage to crack one of them so I’m backing up and asking for tips.
I just got my new leather trim pieces from JF Customs on Ebay for the interior windshield pillars, lower B pillars and the steering column shroud.
I was hoping someone might have advice for removing them?
Thanks!

I've implemented this task on my GTO, perhaps I can shed some light,
I checked the service manual for my implementation, but it was unclear where the required screws hold the pieces in place - in other words there are screws holding the pieces in place...
I know that you have to be careful, you know those pesky tabs, all cars have them, can be dangerous - easy to break
I hope that this helps, sorry I cannot help more, I am not familiar with the layout.

Get the plastic trim retainer removal set at Harbor Freight, and go slow.

Oh, and post up the JF Customs stuff.
