I bought one of the c5 flip keys on ebay a little while back & decided to do a review video. It only works on 01-04 models.
For under $40, I think it a pretty cool upgrade & it takes up less room in my pocket than a separate key & fob.
I really like mine, too. Pretty neat. I got a different style than you, and the one I got doesn't have a Panic button, but it doesn't bother me at all. I never use mine anyway.
Nice video. For those thinking about this set up, make sure you're not the type that has a bunch of stuff hanging off the fob. The flip key moves the weight further from the dash and puts more force on the switch.

Nice review. Thanks for the video. The factory switch key/fob is very similar to this on my GMC Terrain Denali. I like it a lot. However, I recently purchased a push button start kit for my C5. I probably won't have it installed until next month. I'll be sure to do a write up once it's done.

I got one of those too, love it. I didn't particularly like logo it came with so I made some of my own. I have a ton left if anyone needs em, i've got em cheap!
You do have to dremel the circle area flat (it's domed under the logo that comes on it)...
