Memory erase

Is it possible to erase all the memory that you have saved and start fresh? My driver seat stops and starts when I move it forward and back.I think it may be hitting some old settings that I had programmed in over years.

You have to remove the seat, put it on a bench, remove the potentiometer, clean it, and reverse what procedures you've done to reinstall everything. I had the same problem, and this fixed it.
