Default C6Z shock swap

In case anyone is interested, Summit has a great deal going on these shocks. While not as cheap as rockauto was maybe a year or two ago, the price is cheaper than anywhere else.

What part numbers are you looking at? The mag ride in my C5 is leaking pretty good so I'm interested in replacing all the shocks.

Swap out the sway bars while you're at it. C6 Z51 sway bars are great!

If you have a C5 Z06 you need the C6Z06 bars it not you need the C6Z51 bars

C6 Z51 sway bars are easy to find. Type "C6 Z51 sway bars" (without the quotes) into google, and you'll find tons of purchase options both new and used.

I doubt cultrag has those actually available for sale. They are back ordered from everywhere which likely means they are discontinued. Plus Cultrag lost their gm cert recently. I’m not even sure they’re allowed to be selling these.

15W40 is replacing their mag ride shocks, so they don't have a Z06.

He is still selling the parts so that cert must not mean a whole lot

Im just going off specifically what he told me word for word when I picked up the phone and called him. “I lost my GM certification.” On top of his bad attitude and high prices I won’t buy from him. Why are you hijacking my thread about shocks! Lol

no one actually had the fronts in stock. They are all drop shipped from gm and gm discontinued them. I have a friend that has had them in order now for 6 weeks.
