Yes and no. For example, instead of using C5Z shocks I replaced mine with C6Z shocks and would consider it a fair upgrade without moving to a coil over setup. For swaybars, I wouldn't bother using any of the factory GM stuff. There are much better options out there in my opinion even if they do cost a little more.

No blow by, oil consumption, overheating, etc?
The car will be very controllable even at that horsepower level. Don't forget you have to keep in mind suspension and brakes are going to play a huge part in keeping it controllable. Put the Vette in competitive driving mode(turns off traction control, but keeps active handling on) then you won't have to worry about traction control interfering. The nice thing about forced induction is that there is always room for growth. At some point, on a NA car, you are going to max out the amount of horsepower output it can do. When you get to that point the amount of money spent could have easily gotten you forced induction to begin with. Not to mention, you can still pass those same levels you had limited yourself to by staying NA.

I actually opted to go TT(STS kit) instead of a supercharger, and TBH I haven't driven the car with the turbo setup yet. I just dropped the car off yesterday for install. . With that being said, if it's anything like my previous vehicle after I did a turbo kit on it I will be extremely pleased.

Would really like to hear your opinion when you get it back! My current C5Z06 is a dedicated track car and lives at Miller (UMC now) here in Utah. it's tuned for 510rwhp 434ci forged, dry sumped LS2 stay in my TT1/ST1 class and I'm always wishing I had more. I sold a 911tt A couple of years ago and really miss the pull of the turbos. Since I have a NA beast for the track I would like to buy another C5 Z06 and do some sort of turbo or blower. It seems like the STS kit would be good for a DD C5 without sacrifice of how easy they are to live with as a everyday car.

When I have had some seat time behind the wheel I will try and put together a solid review to post in the forced induction sub forum. STS kit seems like the best bet for daily driver and keeping heat soak to a minimum. I know there are plenty of guys on here using a supercharger, daily drive their Vette, and enjoy it just the same.

Please do. I am still on the fence. Would love to see some vids or a good review, as well!

Since the noise is killing me, and I still haven't pulled the trigger on the engine mods, I just snagged a full set of Energy Suspension red poly bushings. I grabbed my impact and some jack stands and had them replaced in about an hour. It made all the difference in the world. Car is quiet in the chassis again. Now all the rattles and squeaks are coming from inside the car! Lol.
I could definitely see that the sway bars are dated. Even my wife's Edge has beefier stabilizer bars. So when I do pick a direction on the mods, I am going to go with the C6 Z51 package rather than the Z06. I should get a decent upgrade and still have a civil ride. I am anxious to see the results of your upgrades.

Cheers!
