Hyperflash and dash lights flashing

Hyperflash and dash lights flashing
I am experiencing Hyperflash problems.
1. Turn signals both flash at same time
2. InstrumInst cluster lights flashing with turn signals and 4 ways.
3. Replaced flasher unit 3 times
4. Installed Hyperflash harness
5. 4 ways work intermittenly
6. sprayed harness connectors with contact cleaner
At this point I don't know what to do. Any advice would be appreciated.

You've already done all of the things that I would have suggested. It would be a total hail Mary, but you might try replacing your battery?...You should really post this in the tech section for better answers.
