Good luck with the build. I just did my heads and cam swap over the winter. Couldn’t be happier with the results.

Texas Speed 228R Cam
TrickFlow 215 GenX Heads, Texas Speed dual 660 springs with titanium retainers, Harland Sharp 1.7 rollers. I went ahead and upgraded just about everything I took off. LS7 lifters, LS2 timing chain, ATI Super Damper, Moroso HV oil pump, Texas Speed headers and ORX. Pretty much an all new mid section. After the tune, and still having stock manifold and throttle body, it put down 469 to the tires.

That label reads like rather a gnarly cam, or am I mistaken? Big lift, long duration, narrow lobe separation should equal lots of lope, no?

Good luck! Let us know how it turns out. It's amazing how small the C5 looks between those 2 Camaros.
